Maple Consult
Full redesign for a 25-year-old Ghanaian development consultancy — bringing a serious practice into the modern web.
The problem
Maple Consult has been delivering development consultancy in Ghana since 2000. Their partners include the EU, GIZ, World Bank, UNICEF, ADB, and the French Embassy. The seriousness of the work was not reflected in the digital presence — a dated site that undersold 25 years of impact and a portfolio of projects that deserved to be showcased properly.
For an organisation operating at this level, the website is a key part of the pitch to international development partners. A weak digital presence costs real contracts.
What I built
Full visual redesign
Modern, clean, credible without being corporate-cold.
Project showcase
Structured to highlight completed assignments for procurement audiences.
Partner and client visibility
EU, GIZ, World Bank, UNICEF, ADB logos and relationships surfaced.
Team and leadership
Senior staff profiled to build confidence with international clients.
News and publications
Research and advocacy content given proper editorial structure.
Services architecture
Four core service areas clearly defined and navigable.
Contact and enquiry
Appropriate for both Ghanaian and international inbound.
The outcome
A digital presence that matches the 25-year track record. The redesign repositioned Maple Consult from a firm with a functional but dated site to one that looks like the calibre of organisation international development partners expect to work with.
