FABAG
Emergency rebuild of Ghana's national food and beverage trade association — from a dead site to a fully functioning web presence.
The problem
FABAG's previous developer had left without warning, taking the site offline entirely. The Food and Beverages Association of Ghana — representing close to 100 food and beverage businesses nationwide — had no web presence at a critical time. They needed the site rebuilt quickly, correctly, and without losing their existing content or credibility.
The challenge wasn't just rebuilding a site. It was rebuilding trust — in a tight window, with an organisation that had already been burned once by a developer.

The outcome
FABAG went from offline to fully operational. The site has been live and active since 2019 — publishing news, representing members, and serving as the digital front door for one of Ghana's key food industry bodies. Six years later, the site is still running on the same foundation we built.
