The problem
The UK care sector runs on two extremes. Large platforms like Birdie are powerful but expensive and rigid. At the other end, providers manage rotas on spreadsheets and care notes on WhatsApp — fine at small scale, dangerous as they grow.
Independent agencies, residential homes, and NHS care teams need something in the middle: modern, CQC-aware, affordable, and built for the way care actually works.

The outcome
Aiderra is currently in pilot with UK care providers. The build demonstrates that serious, CQC-aware care management software doesn't require venture-backed engineering teams or enterprise pricing.
The pilot phase is now focused on onboarding the first cohort of UK providers.
